Landed Transaction Map (2022 to 2026 YTD)

Last Updated: 04 October 2026

An interactive transaction map that allows users to search for property transactions from 2022 to the present year, organized by street, estate, district, property type and tenure. This feature aims to significantly enhance the user experience. The transaction data is sourced from the publicly available records of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

If you would like to receive more detailed information, such as unit numbers, estimated build-up areas, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the condition of each property (e.g., original, renovated, or brand new), please feel free to contact us. This information is available for landed properties located in Districts 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 23, and 28.

This guide explains how to use the interactive map to explore landed property transactions across Singapore's 24 districts, from 2022 through year-to-date 2026.

1. What this map shows

The map plots landed property transactions (terrace, semi-detached, and detached houses) reported by URA, covering resale and new sale transactions from January 2022 to July 2026 (2026 is year-to-date, not a full year).

Transactions are shown two ways:

  • Named estate markers — pins for well-known estates (e.g. Serangoon Garden Estate, Watten Estate)
  • District shading — every district is colour-shaded by transaction volume, combining both named-estate sales and individual landed sales in that district

Estate positions are geocoded to a representative street for that estate and are approximate — not surveyed lot positions. District boundaries are illustrative catchments for grouping data, not official URA planning boundaries.

2. Filtering the data

All filters are in the panel on the left (on mobile, tap ☰ Filters to open it).

FilterWhat it does
Year Toggle any combination of 2022–2026 (YTD) on or off. All years are selected by default.
Search Type an estate name or street name to narrow the map and table to matching results.
District Pick a single district from the dropdown, or leave on “All districts.”
Region Toggle Core Central (CCR), Rest of Central (RCR), and Outside Central (OCR) on or off.
Property Type Toggle Terrace, Semi-D, and Detached on or off.
Tenure Toggle 99-year Leasehold (includes 102-year and shorter leases) and Freehold / 999-year (includes long leases at or near 999 years) on or off.

Filters combine — for example, selecting only 2025–2026, OCR, and Terrace will show only terrace-house transactions in Outside Central Region for those two years.

Layers

Two switches control what's visible on the map itself:

  • Named estate markers — pins for recognised estates
  • District totals (all sales) — the colour-shaded district zones

Turn either off if it's cluttering your view.

  1. Reading the map
  • Hover or click a marker or district zone to see transaction stats for that estate or district.
  • Scroll to zoom in and out.
  • Darker/more intense shading on a district means a higher transaction volume under your current filters.

  1. Viewing transaction details

Clicking a marker or district zone loads its individual transactions into the table below the map, including address (street name only), price, PSF, floor area, property type, tenure, sale type, and month/year of sale.

Clearing your selection

Once you've clicked into a specific estate or district, two ways to get back to the full result set:

  • A “Clear ✕” badge appears in the top-right corner of the map itself
  • A “Clear selection ✕” button appears next to the table title

Either one resets the table back to showing all transactions matching your current filters.

  1. Exporting a report

Click 📄 Generate PDF Report above the table to download a PDF summary of the currently selected scope (all filtered results, or a specific estate/district if one is selected), including the date range, filters applied, and the transaction list.

  1. Tips
  • Use Search first if you already know the estate or street you're looking for — it's usually faster than browsing the map.
  • Combine Region and Tenure filters to quickly compare, for example, Freehold terrace houses in OCR vs. CCR.
  • Remember 2026 figures are year-to-date and not directly comparable to full-year totals for 2022–2025.
